Asian School in Economic Theory, Seoul 2025

We are pleased to announce that the Korea Foundation for Advanced Studies (KFAS) will host the Asian School in Economic Theory (formerly the Summer School of Econometric Society) in Seoul, Korea, from August 11 to August 15, 2025 just preceding the 2025 World Congress in Seoul.

Lecturers are (in alphabetical order) In-Koo Cho (Emory), Elliot Lipnowski (Yale), Qingmin Liu (Columbia), John Moore (Edinburgh University and London School of Economics), and Ariel Rubinstein (Tel Aviv University and New York University). In addition to lectures, we organize workshops where a selected group of participating students can present their research. An applicant must be a member of the Econometric Society at the time of application. To join the Econometric Society, please check http://www.econometricsociety.org.
