Membership and Refund Policy
All Econometric Society memberships run on a calendar-year basis from January 1 to December 31, but may be purchased at any time of the year. Any membership purchased between November 15 and December 31 covers the end of that calendar year and the following calendar year and so will be charged at the following year’s prevailing rates. All purchases are final. Refunds may be made within 48 hours of purchase (or anytime in the case of the death of a member). Please note that while you can adjust the subscription type within the membership record after purchase, we cannot offer a price adjustment or refund if the adjustment is outside the 48 hour purchase window. The Society no longer sells print subscriptions but single print issues may be purchased by clicking here.
Subscription Options
Subscription pricing is based on the World Bank income classification of the country in which a member’s institution is based. Country classifications are broken out by high- income, middle-income, low-middle-income and low-income. In addition, two special student rates are offered. For memberships in high-income countries, the category is further broken out by personal income (>= $100,000 or < $100,000). To purchase the appropriate membership, please begin by entering the country of your institution below. To see a full pricing list, please click here. Contact the Membership Manager for wire instructions at [email protected].
