The 2023 Delhi Winter School will take place December 14-16 (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) at the Delhi School of Economics.

The Centre for Development Economics, Delhi School of Economics, jointly with the Econometric Society, is now accepting contributed papers in any field of Economics for the Delhi Winter School (WS2023) to be held from December 14 to December 16, 2023 in offline mode.

The invited speakers for WS2023 are:

John Wooders, NYU, Abu Dhabi, 14th December 2023

Jordi Gali, CREi and Universitat Pompeu Fabra,15th December 2023

Joel Mokyr, Northwestern University, 16th December 2023

Each invited speaker will deliver a set of two lectures. The School will also feature presentations of selected contributed papers by junior scholars. Graduate students and junior faculty are strongly encouraged to submit papers for this part of the programme.

Submission Procedure:
The contributed paper submission process will remain open till October 2, 2023. Papers must be submitted electronically in pdf format through the Conference Maker website at: https://editorialexpress.com/conference/WS2023/

A person may submit and present only one paper. However, a person may be a co-author of several papers submitted to the School. Early submissions are encouraged. Decisions will be conveyed by November 1, 2023.

Submitters of papers in WS2023 have to be members (Or take membership) of the Econometric Society. To join the Society please visit https://www.econometricsociety.org/user/register/

[For the research scholars and students from India and other low- or middle-income countries (as per WB classification), ES annual membership fee is nominal, only USD 10]
