Latin American Workshop in Econometrics, December 6-7, 2013, São Paulo, Brazil
THE 2013 LATIN AMERICAN WORKSHOP IN ECONOMETRICS of the Econometric Society will be held in São Paulo, Brazil, on December 6-7 of 2013 at Sao Paulo School of Economics at Fundação Getulio Vargas. The topics of the workshop are Identification and Inference in Cross-Sectional, Panel Data, Nonlinear and Semi/Nonparametric Models. The keynote speakers will be Manuel Arellano, Elie Tamer and Mark Watson. There will be no parallel sessions, and speakers will have 45 minutes for their presentations (including discussion).
The program committee invites submissions of papers (either complete or also work in progress to benefit from the discussion with attendees). Each person may submit only one paper and only present one paper. However, each person is allowed to be the co-author of several papers submitted to the conference. At least one co-author must be a member of the Society or must join it prior to submission. You may join the Econometric Society at http://www.econometricsociety.org. The organizing committee welcomes and encourages contributions by young scholars and graduate students.
