Latin American Meeting, Lima, Perú, November 1-2, 2012
The 2012 LATIN AMERICAN MEETING of the Econometric Society will be held in conjunction with the Latin American and Caribbean Economics Association and will take place in Lima, Perú, from November 1st to 3rd, 2012. The meetings will be hosted by Universidad del Pacifico (UP).
The Annual Meetings of these two academic associations will share a common program, under a single local organization. By registering for the LACEA-LAMES 2012 participants will be welcome to attend all sessions of both meetings.
Eduardo Morón (Universidad del Pacifico) is the conference chairman. The LAMES Program Committee is chaired by Cesar Martinelli (ITAM). The LACEA Program Committee is chaired by Roberto Chang (Rutgers University).
The paper submission portal is now open for the 2012 Annual Meeting in Lima, Peru.
The deadline for submissions is April 30, 2012. Authors can submit only one paper to each meeting, but the same paper cannot be submitted to both meetings. Authors submitting papers must be members of the respective association at the time of submission. Membership information can be found at http://www.econometricsociety.org/.
