New Co-Editor for Econometrica

I would like to inform everyone about some further upcoming changes and our editorial board.

Elie Tamer's term as co-editor ended on June 30, 2016.  On the next day, Ulrich Müller joined the editorial board.  I am grateful to Elie for his years of service to the journal and am happy that Ulrich has agreed to take over. 

I am confident that the editorial board will continue to handle submissions fairly, efficiently, and intelligently.  While Ulrich's appointment brings a new perspective to the board, Dirk Bergemann, Liran Einav, Tzachi Gilboa, Gianluca Violante, and Fabrizio Zilibotti remain co-editors.
