Econometrica Editorial Board Changes

I would like to inform everyone about some upcoming changes on our editorial board.

Liran Einav's term as co-editor will end on June 30, 2017.  On the next day, Aviv Nevo will join the editorial board.  Liran handled submissions (primarily in applied microeconomics) efficiently and wisely.  I am grateful to Liran for his years of service to the journal and am happy that Aviv has agreed to take over. 

I am confident that the editorial board will continue to review papers quickly and intelligently.  I hope that Aviv's appointment signals the journal's commitment to publishing interesting empirical work.  Dirk Bergemann, Tzachi Gilboa, Ulrich Müller, Gianluca Violante, and Fabrizio Zilibotti remain co-editors.
